About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at ASL Agrodrain Limited. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting skilled tradespersons and performing various laboring and elemental activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing rubble and debris, and leveling earth to fine grade specifications.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, and assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction.
  • Equipment Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, and direct traffic at or near construction sites.
  • Specialized Tasks: Assist skilled tradespersons, and perform other laboring and elemental activities as required.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Hours: 44 hours per week.
