Job Summary

Corina Therapeutic Massage INC is seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for administering massage techniques to clients, providing education on procedures and risks, and maintaining accurate records of treatments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer massage techniques through soft tissue manipulation, relaxation techniques, hydrotherapy, trigger point therapy, joint pain and lower grade mobilizations.
  • Explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of treatments given, including client information and treatment plans.
  • Massage and knead muscles and soft tissues of the body to promote relaxation and relief from pain.
  • Suggest home care instructions and provide information about techniques to clients.
Requirements
  • Certification by a provincial or territorial association for massage therapists.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
