* Coordinate and direct maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of tasks
* Supervise and train shop staff in the operation, repair, and preventive maintenance of building systems
* Prepare reports and estimates for maintenance projects
* Perform routine inspections to identify potential issues
* Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal facility performance
Requirements:
* Minimum of seven years' experience in a maintenance or facilities management role
* Strong leadership, administrative, and communication skills
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
* Manitoba certification as an Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) or a Journeyman certificate in an applicable building trade
* Thorough knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions and regulations
* Ability to document, create, read, interpret, and understand construction drawings and building specifications
