About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable individual to join our team as a Berry Farm Labourer at Meadow Berry Farms. As a key member of our harvesting team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality crops are produced and harvested in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare crops for harvesting
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality
  • Fertilize and spray crops
  • Harvest crops and ensure they are stored properly
Work Environment

You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The role requires handling heavy loads and working in dusty conditions.
