Job Summary:

Hallcon Crew Transport provides essential transportation services to major railways throughout Canada and the USA. As a Railway Shuttle Driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of railway personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport railway personnel to and from work locations
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively with the transportation team to optimize routes and schedules
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Current Driver's Abstract
  • Criminal background check will be conducted at company expense
  • 21 years or older (for insurance purposes)
  • Minimum 5 years driving experience
  • Must have a Class 4 driver's license (or any other class that is equivalent)
  • Passport Required

Benefits:

  • On-Demand Work: $19.04/hour
  • Yearly Safety Bonus (must meet standards)
  • Part-time availability may be considered

Working Conditions:

As a Railway Shuttle Driver, you will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the safe and efficient transportation of railway personnel.
