Job Summary

Chada Thai Fine Cuisine ltd. is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including Thai cuisine, to meet the demands of our restaurant.
  • Clean and maintain the kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and working under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food production.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in food preparation and presentation.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but relevant training or certification is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Dependability and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
