Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HVAC Technician to join our team at Reliance Home Comfort. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing and servicing HVAC equipment, ensuring the safe operation of all new installations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and service HVAC equipment, including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and water heaters, in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
- Ensure the safe operation of all new installations and instruct customers on proper care and maintenance.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Participate in ongoing skills training and professional development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest HVAC technologies and techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and service.
- Domestic Gas Fitter B license.
- Class 5 Driver's License.
- Ability to work rotating shifts as required.
- Physical ability to perform all work required of this position.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
