Educational Requirements- Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma program lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Manage general administrative tasks related to transportation.
- Provide timely advice to vehicle operators regarding traffic conditions and other relevant issues.
- Coordinate personnel dispatching based on established schedules and work orders.
- Monitor and resolve issues related to work orders.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and deliveries.
- Document mileage, fuel consumption, repairs, and other operational expenses.
- Organize assignments and oversee the activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
- Previous experience ranging from 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role.
- Participate in training programs aimed at fostering a welcoming environment for newcomers and refugees.
- Engage in cultural competency training to enhance workplace inclusivity for Indigenous individuals.
