Position Overview

Join Fantastic Transport Inc. as a Dispatcher for Truck Operations. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma program lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage general administrative tasks related to transportation.
  • Provide timely advice to vehicle operators regarding traffic conditions and other relevant issues.
  • Coordinate personnel dispatching based on established schedules and work orders.
  • Monitor and resolve issues related to work orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments and deliveries.
  • Document mileage, fuel consumption, repairs, and other operational expenses.
  • Organize assignments and oversee the activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
Experience Requirements
  • Previous experience ranging from 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role.
