As a Financial Planner at Scotiabank, you will be a key member of the branch sales team, responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary focus will be on establishing and deepening relationships with existing customers, as well as acquiring new ones through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive reviews of assigned customers to identify their financial needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Provide trusted financial advice and guidance on complex investment and retirement planning strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, peers, and partners to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Successful completion of the CIFP Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.
- Minimum three years of experience in financial planning and investment sales.
- Demonstrated sales management experience and ability to market Scotiabank's products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
