About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Butcher to join our team at Parsian Fine Food Ltd. As a Butcher, you will be responsible for preparing and cutting meats to order, ensuring high-quality products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare meats for processing and cutting
  • Cut and trim meats to order
  • Wrap and package prepared meats
  • Remove bones from meat
  • Weigh and price meat products
  • Cut and prepare poultry and fish products
  • Supervise and train other butchers and meat cutters
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a butcher or meat cutting role
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods
