Maintenance Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Maintenance to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn & Homewood Suites Montreal Midtown. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building systems and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
- Manage a team of maintenance staff and provide guidance and training as needed.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal system performance.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities management role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance teams and improving system performance.
