We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS). As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing business needs and developing solutions to address them.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and define business requirements for changes to applications and systems.
- Develop and maintain business requirements documentation, including functional requirements, business requirements, and use cases.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Provide business analysis support to IT professionals and business decision-makers engaged in business requirements and workflow processes.
- Develop and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a software development environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Scrum Framework and Agile methodologies.
- Post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related technical field.
