About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pre Planning Director. About This Role

This is a permanent sales career opportunity in a growing industry. You will receive paid training, company benefits, a generous merit-based pay structure, and a structured bonus program, in addition to incentive-based contests for top performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Communicate the Company's Pre Need Funeral planning program to community organizations, arrange and host seminars and mall shows, and notify agencies and special groups about the pre-need funeral program.
  • Ensure all contracts are accurately completed, required signatures are obtained, copies are forwarded to appropriate parties, and that files are maintained.
  • Participate in funeral home and cemetery staff and management meetings, communicate regularly with all funeral home and cemetery staff to obtain and provide information on the families served or new lead sources.
  • Other duties or special projects as required.
Requirements
  • Possession of a strong discipline for working in a customer-centric service organization.
  • Experience in business development, sales, and customer success is an asset.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with Cemetery Operations, Funeral and Home Office Centres of Excellence to achieve Company revenue goals and objectives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
