About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of skill, knowledge, and compassion. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Responsibilities- Complete comprehensive client assessments and develop care plans that meet the unique needs of each client
- Implement and evaluate care based on best evidence and practices
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal client outcomes
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Canadian Nurses Association (CNA) specialty certification an asset
- Enthusiasm and love of community care and passion for evidence-informed practice and excellence in care
