About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Damp-R Services Ltd. as a key member of our marketing department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Develop and execute marketing events, campaigns, and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
  • Communication Strategies: Design and implement effective communication plans to engage with our target audience and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the development of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, reports, newsletters, and other collateral.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor junior team members to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform a range of administrative duties to support the marketing team, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Client Advisory: Provide expert advice to clients on marketing strategies, advertising, and sales promotion.
  • Research and Development: Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions and drive business growth.
  • Portfolio Development: Develop and maintain a portfolio of marketing materials to showcase our expertise and services.
  • Client Support: Offer ongoing support to clients after the sale to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Language: English (fluency required).
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
