{"Responsibilities": "As a Sales Enablement Manager at Vault Credit Corporation, you will be responsible for coaching and enabling sales teams to achieve their goals. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Working with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to optimize their productivity, sales processes, and efficiencies
* Leading workshops and training sessions to effectively communicate sales notions to sales professionals at different skill levels
* Holding regular 1:1 meetings to support team members and provide pipeline advice, shadowing, and call listening
* Providing mentorship and guidance to team members and identifying areas of opportunity to help different teams increase their knowledge and process adherence
* Identifying and resolving escalated personnel concerns
* Participating in management meetings to communicate strengths and weaknesses of team members and establishing a plan of action to improve status

"Motivation and Atmosphere": "You will be responsible for ensuring the team is motivated, driven, and working to their fullest potential. This includes working with the leadership team on target optimization, gamification, and bonuses to drive team performance.

"Training, Coaching, and Onboarding": "You will be responsible for building out standardized trainings and onboarding processes to simplify the onboarding experience and optimize new team member performance. This includes coaching and training team members who are underachieving or on areas of growth identified by management.

"Requirements": "We are looking for a coach at heart with leadership aptitudes and a positive leader who wants to help support a winning culture. You will need to be well-organized, an exceptional communicator, and able to present in front of an audience on a daily basis. Experience with Salesforce and French speaking are assets.
