The Role

We are seeking a Co-Op Application Developer to join our CIBC Technology team. As a Co-Op Application Developer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and contribute to the development of innovative banking solutions. You will be responsible for developing, testing, and delivering high-quality software applications that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, code, and test computer programs for straightforward assignments
  • Participate in the technical design, development, and integration of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems
  • Effectively interact with stakeholders, end-users, business analysts, and technical resources to gather requirements and prepare design specifications

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in post-secondary education and returning to full-time studies
  • Strong programming skills and experience with software development

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
