At Pragra Incorporated, we are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to identify their requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that are secure, efficient, and effective.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies and procedures to minimize their impact.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality and execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in quality assurance or control, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Android, and Jira.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent client focus, judgement, and team player skills.
