Class 3 Driver with Air Endorsement

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class 3 Driver to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the timely and safe delivery of our products while upholding strict food safety standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections and accurately complete all necessary paperwork.
  • Report any vehicle issues to management promptly.
  • Verify the accuracy of customer orders during loading and ensure correct delivery.
  • Obtain customer signatures on all invoices.
  • Maintain communication with management regarding delays or waiting times.
  • Engage with customers professionally and courteously.
  • Assist with power jack operations and warehouse duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.
  • Understanding of temperature-controlled product handling.
  • Valid Class 3A driver's license with air endorsement.
  • Excellent math and writing skills (legible handwriting).
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Minimum age of 20 years.
  • Power jack operator certificate is an asset.
  • Current Food Safe certification is an asset.
  • Current Level 1 First Aid certification is an asset.
  • Manual dexterity for operating equipment.
  • Ability to perform continuous heavy lifting (up to 35kg).
  • Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
  • Clean commercial driver's abstract for the past three years, with no suspensions in the previous five years.
Working Conditions:
  • Exposure to wet/cold conditions.
  • Exposure to excessive noise.
  • Work may involve inclement weather, including snow and ice, creating challenging driving conditions.
  • Physically demanding work involving walking, standing, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
  • Extended periods of walking and standing.
  • Heavy lifting (up to 35kg) is a constant requirement throughout the workday.
  • All vehicles are equipped with GPS and ELD systems.
  • Workdays and hours are Monday-Friday, with shifts starting between 4:00 am and 10:00 am PST.
