The kitchen plays a pivotal role in our mission, where we provide wholesome and appetizing meals to our youth participants.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Youth Culinary Specialist to become a part of our team.

The selected candidate will be tasked with preparing light snacks and cooking evening meals for our youth, ensuring that all meals are served punctually.

The ideal applicant will possess a genuine passion for cooking, a strong commitment to nutritional standards, and a desire to support young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that meals are prepared and served on time each evening.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized kitchen, following all health and safety protocols.
  • Oversee food inventory and manage supply orders as required.
  • Address special dietary requirements and allergies as needed.

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a cook in a professional culinary environment.
  • Understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation practices.
  • A strong enthusiasm for working with youth and contributing to a positive community atmosphere.
  • Experience in a community or youth-focused setting is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of nutrition and healthy meal preparation.
