Job Title: Partner Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Partner Support Specialist to join our team at Wellington-Altus Private Wealth. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our advisory teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on operational procedures and policies.
  • Deliver timely and accurate responses to partner inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Identify and analyze problems, proposing effective solutions to drive business growth.
  • Communicate complex information to advisory teams and partners, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with advisory teams, providing personalized support and addressing their challenges.
  • Contribute to the development of expertise in specific areas, providing guidance and support to team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with Power BI are desirable.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
