Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Home Support Worker to provide essential assistance to clients in their residences. This role is crucial in ensuring the well-being and comfort of individuals, particularly the elderly.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 month and up to 7 months of relevant experience is preferred.
Work Environment
  • Non-smoking environment.
Work Setting
  • Services are provided in the employer's or client's home.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with water activities, such as swimming.
  • Encourage and support regular physical activity, including walking.
  • Manage laundry tasks for clothing and household linens.
  • Perform minor repairs on clothing and linens.
  • Conduct light cleaning and housekeeping duties.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support.
  • Shop for groceries and household necessities.
  • Prepare and serve healthy meals.
