Brand Momentum is on the lookout for a dedicated team of retail-focused merchandisers to operate autonomously within local stores on a temporary basis.

Position Overview:

As a Retail Merchandising Associate, you will be responsible for executing merchandising strategies that enhance product visibility and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting merchandising activities in retail environments
  • Overseeing product sections, ensuring appropriate rotation, restocking, and distribution
  • Managing inventory effectively
  • Implementing planograms accurately
  • Maintaining cleanliness of sections to comply with safety standards
  • Encouraging sales through displays and new product promotions
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with store personnel and management

Candidate Profile:

  • Physical capability to lift weights between 35-45 lbs
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is preferred
  • Prior experience in merchandising is advantageous
