Job Title: Sewing Machine Operator

C & M Upholstery Ltd. is seeking a skilled Sewing Machine Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating industrial sewing machines to join sections of garments or other articles into finished products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble garments or other articles
  • Ensure high-quality production by maintaining accurate stitch quality and meeting production deadlines
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Collaborate with production team members to meet production goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial sewing machine operation
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and maintain attention to detail
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Reliability, accuracy, and strong work ethic
