Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of the cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.
- Inspect Sites and Facilities: Regularly inspect our car wash facilities to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for our car wash operations.
- Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to improve our services and recommend additional services such as painting, repair work, or equipment replacement.
- Maintain Financial Records: Ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping for our car wash operations.
- Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to our cleaning staff to ensure they have the resources they need to perform their duties effectively.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and manage work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
As a Car Wash Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You will be required to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
