As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution center, coordinating activities with other work units or departments, and preparing and submitting reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery in the distribution center
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Recruit and hire staff as needed
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Arrange training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their jobs
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure it is completed efficiently and effectively
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure the distribution center is running smoothly
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Reliability and judgement
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Ability to work in a team environment
