Electromechanic Position

We are seeking a skilled electromechanic to join our team at HLC TALENT. As an electromechanic, you will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on equipment to ensure its proper functioning and prevent unplanned shutdowns.

Main Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns or failures;
  • Perform mechanical work as needed in the plant, including equipment, services, or buildings, based on departmental workload;
  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance work, following established schedules, on various equipment used by the company;
  • Manage and update the inventory of equipment under your responsibility;
  • Perform other related tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Experience
  • DEP or DEC in industrial mechanics, electromechanics, or maintenance;
  • Possession of a C License if required, otherwise an asset;
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook);
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Ability to perform physical efforts and move heavy equipment;
  • Diagnostic skills and knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and hydrodynamic equipment;
  • Proficiency in TIG welding for sanitary welds;
  • Autonomy, effective time management, and a taste for challenges;
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure;
  • Proficiency in French, both oral and written.

Schedule
  • 8 Hours
  • Monday to Friday

Available in Day or Evening schedules:

  • Daytime schedule: 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday to Friday
  • Evening schedule: 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Monday to Friday
