Key Responsibilities- Program Development: Create and implement child-care programs that align with the Academy's educational goals and objectives.
- Child Supervision: Lead activities, tell stories, teach songs, and take children on educational outings to promote learning and development.
- Artistic Expression: Encourage children to express their creativity through art, dramatic play, music, and physical activity.
- Health and Hygiene: Guide children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
- Progress Monitoring: Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in staff meetings to discuss children's progress and problems.
- Environment Maintenance: Plan and maintain a safe and healthy environment that protects the well-being of children.
- Certifications: Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate and First Aid Certificate.
- Work Conditions: Physically demanding, combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Personal Qualities: Flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude.
- Work Terms: Permanent position, 30-40 hours per week, English language.
