We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at NPC/Sandman Hotel Group. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction in our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Develop and implement effective operational procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure efficient operations.
  • Laundry Services: Coordinate and supervise in-house laundry services to ensure timely and efficient processing of linens and uniforms.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Respond promptly to guest complaints and concerns to ensure a positive experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
