About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Fiona Anderson. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Medication Management: Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Household Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and meal preparation.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
  • Errands: Assist clients with shopping for food and household supplies.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience is an asset.
  • Availability: Must be available to work 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking environment, remote location, and rural area.
