About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled CBT Psychotherapist to provide high-quality mental health services to our clients. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of individuals and make a meaningful impact on their lives.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize evidence-based CBT and DBT approaches to deliver effective treatment plans
- Develop and implement treatment plans, monitoring client progress through our Measurement-Based Care platform
- Collaborate with our clinical management team to ensure high-quality care and adherence to professional standards
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Registration or clinical membership with a relevant governing body, with the ability to deliver psychotherapy services in your province of practice
- 3-5 years of clinical counselling experience post-Master's degree
- Experience in trauma/PTSD counselling, including working with First Responder populations, is a strong asset
