About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled e-business Web site developer to join our team at Monet Marketing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our company's web presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients to develop and document website requirements
  • Develop website architecture and design
  • Write, modify, integrate, and test software code for e-commerce and other Internet applications
  • Maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required
  • Prepare mock-ups and storyboards for website development
  • Communicate technical problems, processes, and solutions to clients and team members
  • Prepare reports, manuals, and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software
  • Assist in the collection and documentation of user requirements
  • Create and optimize content for websites using a variety of graphics, database, animation, and other software
  • Assist in the development of logical and physical specifications for website development
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop website graphics, content, capacity, and interactivity
  • Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls on website development
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Proficiency in HTML, Java, JSP, Web service design, Python, MS SQL Server, and WordPress
  • Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with 30-35 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
