Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage a high-performing team of beauty advisors, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding client service.
- Embrace innovation and ensure that our beauty advisors are leveraging our technology innovations to provide an elevated in-store experience for our clients.
- Manage the Services online reservation system, ensuring that our clients have a seamless and efficient experience when booking appointments and services.
- Develop and execute training programs for new hires and existing team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
- Support the Operations team by ensuring that all merchandising concepts and sales floor visuals are within company standards, and that the sales floor is always neat, clean and organized.
- Build strong relationships with our brand partners, ensuring that our beauty advisors are properly engaging with all store brands and that our clients are receiving the best possible service.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to create high-performing teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
