Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at HFL Hospitality Inc.
Job Summary:The Shift Manager will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports, including sales and inventory reports.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations.
The Shift Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The position requires standing for extended periods and bending, crouching, and kneeling.
