Key Responsibilities- Inspect and prepare concrete surfaces for finishing, including checking formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement materials.
- Apply finishes to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
- Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and level top surfaces according to grade and depth specifications.
- Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures as required.
- Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces and ensure durability.
- Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
- Estimate costs and materials for concrete finishing projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate completion of tasks.
- 1-2 years of experience in concrete finishing or a related field.
- Permanent employment with a reputable company.
- English language proficiency as the primary language of communication.
- Ability to work 30-40 hours per week with flexibility to adapt to changing project demands.
