Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Treatment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to address their needs.
- Exercise and Education: Design and implement exercise programs to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and mobility. Educate patients on proper techniques and provide guidance on how to maintain their progress.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, including clinical notes and treatment plans.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest research, techniques, and best practices in physiotherapy to provide evidence-based care.
- Education: Master's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a physiotherapy setting.
- Certifications: Alliance of Physiotherapy Regulatory Boards Examination and licensure by provincial or territorial authorities.
