Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Receiver to join our team at Accolade Group Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt and storage of goods, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal teams to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Distribution of Goods: Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely receipt and storage of goods.
  • Maintain Internal Record-Keeping System: Accurately record and update inventory levels, track shipments, and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Route Goods to Appropriate Storage Areas: Ensure efficient storage and retrieval of goods, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
  • Pack Goods to be Shipped: Prepare goods for shipment, adhering to quality and safety standards.
  • Unpack Goods Received: Verify and record incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Setting: Warehouse and manufacture environments.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in database software, inventory control software, and spreadsheet applications.
  • Equipment and Machinery Experience: Familiarity with scanners and other warehouse equipment.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
