Job Summary:

The Hamilton Police Service is seeking a skilled Desktop and Mobile Support Technician to join our team. As a key member of our Client Services division, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our desktop and mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop and mobile devices
  • Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on hardware and software
  • Collaborate with IT staff to resolve technical issues and implement new technologies
  • Develop and maintain documentation for technical procedures and processes

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. computer science, information technology)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of desktop and mobile operating systems and software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Salary Range: $69,824 - $82,150
