Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a key member of our digital transformation, you will contribute to the development of our financing services and digital channels. Your expertise will help us provide an intuitive self-service and omnichannel client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Embrace legacy systems with confidence and dive into existing codebases.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster their growth and continuity.
  • Align technical decisions with organizational goals and keep business value in mind.
  • Develop and deliver Web technical solutions based on information architecture, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with functional analysts to develop functional specifications and understand business solutions and complexities.
  • Perfect and ensure the proper execution of unit tests and develop tests automation.
  • Participate in the implementation in various environments up to production.
  • Adapt to changing technology and learn new methods for achieving the organization's goals.
  • Supply second-level technical support to solve production problems and provide support according to established service levels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10 years in software development experience.
  • Knowledge of Web Development Application with Microsoft technologies (Front end or API).
  • Knowledge of Web Microsoft.NET framework (.NET Core programming).
  • Knowledge of SPA (Single-Page Application Framework) - example: Angular.
  • Knowledge of unit testing development example: XUnit.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint programming.
  • Knowledge of / practical experience with development methodology & best practices.
  • Analysis, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Organizational skills, strong sense of autonomy, and initiative.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with project delivery in agile mode (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Fully bilingual and excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French.
