About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Shawarma Palace Inc. as a key member of our kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes of our diverse customer base.

Chef Management

Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and presentation.

Inventory Management

Oversee inventory levels and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.

Quality Control

Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all dishes meet our high standards.

Staff Development

Provide ongoing training and support to help staff improve their culinary skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

Work Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment.
