Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Edo Japan. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and ensuring that all products meet quality control standards
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and repairs, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service or hospitality environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality control
Working Conditions:

  • Standing for extended periods, with regular breaks and opportunities for rest
Language:
  • English is the primary language of communication
Work Schedule:
