Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Westgate Liquor Store Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Assign tasks and duties to team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Inventory Management
- Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or disposal of slow-moving items.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that customers receive excellent service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Monitor customer feedback and make recommendations for improving customer satisfaction.
- Store Operations
- Establish and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and control store expenses, ensuring that budgets are met and exceeded.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or liquor store environment.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Work Environment
- Work in a fast-paced retail environment, with frequent customer interactions.
- Physical Demands
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly around the store.
