Job Title: Transportation Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Logistics Supervisor to join our team at MONTANA GROUP OF COMPANIES LIMITED. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the transportation and logistics operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of transportation and logistics services.
  • Prepare and submit reports on transportation and logistics activities, including metrics on efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery used in transportation and logistics operations.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work on transportation and logistics equipment and machinery.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies related to transportation and logistics operations.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that transportation and logistics operations are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies needed for transportation and logistics operations.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure that transportation and logistics operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including transportation and logistics operations.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in transportation and logistics operations.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with high levels of pressure and stress.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work in a variety of settings, including office and warehouse environments.

  • English is the primary language of communication.
