Work Environment

This position is primarily based in a veterinary clinic, where you will engage with a variety of animal species.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough examinations to identify diseases or abnormal conditions in animals.
  • Administer treatment to sick or injured animals, which may include prescribing medications, performing surgeries, or providing wound care.
  • Implement vaccination protocols to safeguard against various diseases.
  • Offer guidance to pet owners on nutrition, behavior, and overall animal care.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations regarding disease control and food safety.
  • Perform routine and emergency examinations, including post-mortem assessments.
  • Deliver a wide range of veterinary services, including obstetrics and dental care.
Licensing and Certifications

Must possess licensure from relevant provincial or territorial authorities.
