Production Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team at Atlas Structural Systems. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of our pre-engineered structural components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining consistent daily production output and ensuring employee safety.
  • Communicate information and priorities to the team and lead by example.
  • Work alongside the team to assemble wood components and meet or exceed production targets.
  • Manage employee performance, identify training opportunities, and develop talent to align with future business requirements.
  • Support the Plant Manager in business growth and operational development.

Requirements:

  • Safety mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Capable of lifting at least 50lbs and managing changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership experience and computer skills are considered assets.
  • Carpentry or framing experience is also considered an asset.
