We are looking for an enthusiastic Golf and Commercial Turf Sales Consultant to enhance our operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our clients receive the most suitable equipment tailored to their specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients through consistent communication and on-site visits.
- Identify and pursue new sales prospects while fostering strong customer connections.
- Prepare detailed quotations and facilitate equipment demonstrations.
- Oversee inventory management and contribute to purchasing strategies.
- Complete all necessary sales documentation and adhere to established sales protocols.
- Participate in trade exhibitions, workshops, and promotional events.
Essential Skills
To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:
- Strong sales acumen and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications
- A valid driver's license is mandatory.
- Experience with Golf and/or Commercial Turf equipment is advantageous.
- A post-secondary degree or diploma is preferred.
- Training in professional sales and/or John Deere products is beneficial.
