- Delegate tasks to sales associates effectively.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills.
- Authorize product returns and manage customer inquiries.
- Create and manage work schedules for the team.
- Drive sales by actively selling merchandise.
- Compile reports on sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and supply challenges.
- Maintain organized inventory and oversee stock levels.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members.
