Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead our team of mechanical engineers in developing computer and server mechanicals. The successful candidate will have a strong background in product design, project management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of mechanical engineers to design and develop computer and server mechanicals.
  • Coordinate with production teams and suppliers to ensure project development meets quality and timeline requirements.
  • Formulate project plans, arrange necessary resources, and oversee project implementation.
  • Design verification, troubleshooting, and quality control.
  • Liaise with customers to create product specifications and handle engineering documents.
  • Manage budget and track outstanding projects.
Requirements
  1. Form 5 or above.
  2. At least 5-8 years of relevant working experience in product design of plastic and sheet metal with Creo/UG and project follow-up.
  3. Solid knowledge and experience in metal stamping, plastic injection, hardware design.
  4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  5. Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  6. PC/Server and/or Kiosk product experience is an advantage.
  7. Based in Dongguan factory.
  8. Less experience will be considered as Assistant Mechanical Engineering Manager.
