Mobilinx is seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner to play a critical role in the success of our construction projects. Based in our head office, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and managing critical path schedules for our ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project schedules with input from project teams.
  • Integrate project management software with accounting systems.
  • Determine realistic schedule logic and constraints.
  • Assign resources to activities and develop cash flow reports.
  • Evaluate critical and near-critical path activity sequences.
  • Assess actual progress based on site inspections.
  • Identify schedule changes and trends.
  • Develop reports and suggest corrective actions.
  • Prepare time and cost delay claims.
  • Support risk allocation and value engineering workshops.
  • Prepare post-construction as-built schedules and lessons learned reports.
Qualifications:
  • University or College education in a relevant field.
  • 10+ years' experience in construction-related activities.
  • 10+ years' experience in scheduling-related activities.
  • Proficient experience in project management software and report preparation skills.
  • Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • Strong to expert-level using Excel.
  • Experience in linear civil construction projects is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, organization, time management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and work effectively in a team.
