Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Merchandising Representative to join our team. As a Merchandising Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that our stores are well-stocked and visually appealing, and that our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and processing merchandise shipments
- Restocking shelves and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Assisting customers with product information and answering questions
- Maintaining inventory accuracy and reporting any discrepancies
- Working collaboratively with the operations team to achieve sales goals
Requirements
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 75 lbs)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
